Step 2: Survey and Quote Onsite
As part of our home visit, we’ll carry out a full, precise survey of your windows. We take every measurement needed for a perfect fit. Right there and then, we’ll give you a price for your chosen shutters or blinds — no pressure, no obligation. To make it official, we’ll follow this up with a full quote by email. Everything will be detailed clearly, so you know exactly what to expect. There are no hidden costs — just honest, transparent pricing.

Step 3: Secure Your Order with a Deposit
Once you’re happy and ready to go ahead, we’ll take a 50% deposit. This allows us to place your order directly with our factory. All our products are made to measure to your exact specifications. We only use high-quality suppliers, which ensures a premium finish and lasting results.

Step 4: Delivery and Scheduling Installation
After placing the order, we’ll get an estimated delivery date from our supplier. As soon as we have that, we’ll pencil in an installation date with you. There may be a small amount of flexibility needed if the delivery date changes slightly, but you’ll always be kept in the loop. Once your shutters or blinds arrive at our warehouse, we’ll be in touch to confirm the final installation date.

On the day, our expert fitting team will carry out a full, tidy installation. We take pride in our work and treat your home with care. We’ll remove all packaging and waste, leaving your space spotless — just with beautiful new shutters or blinds in place.
