1. We Arrive On Time
You’ll see our Shutter Envy van pull up at the agreed time. No ‘anytime between 9 and 6’ nonsense. We work to a real schedule, and we stick to it.
2. We Come Prepared
Every installer arrives with the tools, panels, fixings and fittings needed for your exact job. Nothing missing, nothing guessed. We’ve already done the measuring, so it’s time to fit.
3. Panels Go In, Neatly
The shutters are carefully unpacked and installed. No drilling into plaster without protecting floors, no leaning tools on your furniture, and absolutely no radio blaring in the background.
4. Adjustments Are Made
We check every louvre, hinge and magnet to make sure your shutters work smoothly. If a window is slightly out of square (most are), we’ll adjust for it.
5. We Tidy Everything
All packaging, dust, and offcuts are cleared away. We leave your room exactly as we found it.
6. You Get a Quick Run-Through
We show you how to open, tilt, clean and maintain your new shutters. If they’re motorised, we’ll pair the remotes or walk you through app or voice controls.
